What is coaching and why would I want a coach?
Coaching is a process that guides you to successfully achieve what you want out of life.
We all have life goals or at least think about our life goals within the following areas:
* our employment
* our relationships
* our health habits
* our social life
* our spiritual development
Working out what we want and taking the necessary steps or action to get there can be challenging to say the least. As an accredited coach, I would love to work with you if you have a sincere desire to break through your own fears and limiting beliefs (known or unknown) to make your goals & dreams a reality.
Coaching is 100% confidential and based on taking action for future growth. Please note that this is not counselling which is usually coping orientated and linked to past events.
